📜 Scroll of Release: The Thread I Let Go

To the ones who whispered love but asked for favors,
To the names borrowed from stars,
To the promises wrapped in flattery,
To the guilt that lingered like perfume—

I release you.

I release the need to explain myself.
I release the ache of wondering if I was too harsh, too soft, too trusting.
I release the weight of your requests, your stories, your silence.

I do not owe you my name, my time, my money, or my heart.
I do not owe you access to my peace.

You came wrapped in charm.
I met you with kindness.
But now I meet myself—with clarity.

This scroll is not angry.
It is not bitter.
It is simply done.

I fold it once, twice, three times.
I place it in the vault of lessons learned.
And I walk forward—lighter, wiser, still glowing.

This is my scroll of release. I walk forward—lighter, wiser, still glowing.
