🐾 The Lantern Pose — His Silent Watch at Dawn

He didn’t move. He didn’t blink. He just stood there—centered in the fog, eyes glowing like twin lanterns, fur shimmering with morning light.

The sun was rising behind him, casting a golden halo through the mist. But he didn’t turn toward it. He faced forward. Toward the gates. Toward the Queen.

It wasn’t a pose for show. It was instinct. A silent watch. A message without words:

“I guard what glows. I protect what breathes.”

She saw him then—not just as a guardian, but as a symbol. Of calm. Of clarity. Of presence.

And in that moment, the fog didn’t feel heavy. It felt sacred.

This was the Lantern Pose. And it belonged to him.
